Ring Joint
MSS supplies all shapes, sizes, and materials of ring joints.
Even if you don't have the "size code" MSS can work with you to determine the proper joint based on the old parts dimensions. These can be delivered NEXT DAY when required.
Pressure Seals
MSS can provide Graphite or Metal pressure seals of all styles and sizes. These seals can be manufactured to fit any make, model, and size of valve.

Flange or packing
spring washers can help maintain load on any bolted joint. These washers when properly sized can aid in maintaining the proper load under extreme pressure and temperature cycles. These are most commonly found in valve packing, pressure seals, flanges, etc.

PTFE seats can be manufactured quickly to fit your valve. MSS can supply all types of PTFE seats including fire-safe.
Teflon V-Ring Packing
All sizes of Teflon v-ring sets, carbon filled v-rings "sootblower" lantern rings, and other products.
Seal Kits for Butterfly Valves, Diffusion Purge Air Isolation Valves
Commonly found in combined cycle power stations require these seat/gasket seal kits.
The OEM will recommend valve replacement and will not supply repair kits. MSS can save you thousands of dollars and enable you to repair these valves versus replace.
PTFE Joint Sealant
Expanded PTFE joint sealant is marshmallow-like, allowing it to conform and seal flanges that are worn or damaged. Because it is composed of 100% PTFE it can handle virtually all chemicals in the 0-14 pH range and will not contaminate the media.
O-Ring Kits & Bulk
All types of o-ring kits are available in numerous elastomers such as Buna, EPDM, Neoprene, Viton, Kalrez, Silicone, Teflon, etc.
MSS also offers individual o-rings in standard or custom sizes or bulk o-ring stock material.
