LarsLap patented mechanically driven portable valve grinding machines provide the solution for in-line valve reconditioning. LarsLap USA offers a full line of valve grinder models which cover a wide range of valves 1/2" to 47"+.
- LarsLap valve grinding equipment enables you to repair valves in-line. Losses are minimized when valves are reconditioned versus being replaced.
- Four basic lapping machines will cover most valve types and sizes including gate, globe, safety, control and check valves from 1/2" to 47".
- LarsLap patented technology utilizes a mechanically driven system where by the rotating drive head incorporates individually driven grinding wheels to perform the actual work of the seat grinding. This unique valve lapping tool provides the desired crosshatch pattern on the valve seat considerably quicker than conventional methods of valve grinding.
Valve Maintenance Training Program:
Proper training is an essential for successful valve repair. Training programs include valve disassembly, maintenance, inspection, repair, and reassembly. Both a classroom and hands-on approach are utilized to ensure competency. These training programs are offered on-site or at the Dupill Group training facility.
